Same-day service is our normal mode of operation, not a premium tier. Call before 11 AM most weekdays and a technician is on your driveway by mid-afternoon. We hold daily same-day slots specifically to make this possible.
Three reasons. First, the truck stocks parts for the brands Eastern NC actually owns, so we do not have to drive to a supply house mid-job. Second, our dispatcher pulls a parts record on your model before we accept the call, so we know what to load. Third, we do not over-book; we leave two open slots every day for same-day work and emergencies.
Refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, ice makers, garbage disposals and most commercial laundry equipment. Special-order parts are rescheduled for the next available slot.
Standard pricing applies. Same-day does not carry a premium fee. After-hours work (between 7:30 PM and 7:30 AM, or all-day Sunday) adds a flat $45 surcharge. The dispatch line itself is staffed 24/7 at no charge. See the full pricing page.
