Diagnostic is a flat $79 inside zip codes 27801, 27803 and 27804. Outside the core service area the diagnostic is $95. Either fee is credited toward your repair if you authorize the work.

Yes. Every repair we complete is backed by a written ninety-day parts-and-labor warranty. If the same issue returns inside that window we come back at no charge. Major part replacements like compressors and control boards carry the manufacturer warranty on top of our labor coverage.

Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hold daily slots for emergency runs across Rocky Mount, Tarboro and Nashville. After-hours work between 7:30 PM and 7:30 AM, plus all-day Sunday, adds a flat forty-five dollar surcharge.
No. We are an independent shop. If your unit is still under manufacturer warranty, you should go through the manufacturer's authorized service network. After warranty we are usually faster and easier.
