Yes. Every repair we complete is backed by a written ninety-day parts-and-labor warranty. If the same issue returns inside that window we come back at no charge.
No. We are an independent shop. If your unit is still under manufacturer warranty, you should go through the manufacturer's authorized service network first. After warranty we are usually faster and easier.
